Our Traditional Medical Insurance coverage is primarily what is commonly referred to as the USA Major Medical Plan, or a Major Medical Plan. C.A.H. is one of the largest providers of Medical Insurance in general and, in addition to individual and family insurance subscriptions ASSURMEDIC, provides in the public, private and institutional sectors, several hundred groups and tens of thousands of beneficiaries.
Traditional Medical Insurance works as follows:
- The insured person goes to his doctor with his insurance card and a letter from his employer (contract subscriber);
- The insured pays his doctor, pharmacy and laboratory;
- The Insured submits his form of claim and payment receipts to his employer (subscriber of the contract). The whole is sent by the employer to the Insurer for reimbursement (deductible and 20% deducted co-insurance).
